Dr. Alan Bixler is a strategic executive, educator, consultant and ordained minister with more than three decades of leadership across nonprofit, ministry, education and business settings. His work includes organizational revitalization, change leadership, governance, partnerships and mentoring emerging leaders.
As President and Founder of The Global Consultant, Alan provides coaching and consulting in leadership development, strategic planning and change management. He works with individuals, teams and organizations to create practical plans shaped around their needs and to help put those plans into action.
His experience spans executive nonprofit leadership, national foster care initiatives, pastoral ministry and regional business operations. Across these settings, he has led organizational change, built partnerships, strengthened governance and developed leaders.
Alan holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a Master of Organizational Leadership from Evangel University. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and holds Advanced Change Certification from Kotter International.
He is the author of To Be or Not to Be Blessed: Discover Blessing from the Mountain Perspective.
